“Get in the Ring”… oh boy, if you want a track that’s basically a middle finger in audio form, this is it. It’s a full-blown rant against journalists and critics who had bad-mouthed the band. Axl and the boys never shy away from controversy and this track is proof. Axl, Slash, and Duff wrote this one, letting all their frustration pour out into the lyrics.
It’s aggressive, it’s raw, and it’s so brutally honest. Like, they name names and don’t hold back any punches. The beef was real and they wanted everyone to know it. It’s a super rebellious and unfiltered track that showcases their “we don’t give a f” attitude in full force.
