“Bambro Koyo Ganda” by Bonobo (ft. Innov Gnawa)

“Bambro Koyo Ganda” is said to be rendered in the language of an obviously small ethnic group based in Morocco known as the Gnawa. Said group themselves come from the sub-Sahara, most notably it seems from West Africa. That’s because when translated, the lyrics serve as a tribute to a man belonging to another ethnic group known as the Bambara, which is primarily based in Mali. Furthermore, said tribute apparently revolves around this individual being an outstanding musician.
