“Fast” by Sueco the Child
Sueco the Child’s “Fast” blew up primarily due to snippets of it being used on TikTok, where viewers do not actually get a chance to hear the whole song. But the theme it is actually based on for the most part is the intimate adventures of Sueco. And as for the actual meaning of the title within the context of the song, it likely refers to something along the lines of the “fast” living of the artist.
Indeed we see in the chorus that while he is not claiming the same type of extravagant wealth as his musical peers, Sueco is still chilling enough to be shopping at the pricey Saks Fifth Avenue. And he also references alcohol and drugs, including the illicit trading of the latter. But as for the verses themselves, once again, it is about Sueco’s sweet adventures with women, where he portrays himself as someone who is “just trying to bust”, as in score a quick hit and send the girl on her way.
